Due to a variety of reasons, men can also show abnormal growth of glandular and fatty tissue present in the breasts, which is called Ginecomasty. In order to correct this alteration there is a variety of procedures that are offered as a solution. These procedures aim at removing excessive tissue in the area in order to restore the right volume and correct an alteration that can be very unpleasant for those who suffer from it.
The technique I use consists of extracting that excessive tissue through the implementation of suction, performed with Vaser technology. This extraction is made through a small one centimeter incision made in the areola, which will not leave any future stitch marks. Using Vaser allows me to perform a uniform extraction of the right quantity of mammary tissue. Also, it allows me to ensure that the corrected pathology will not appear again, which is a much better outcome than with the other existing techniques when it comes to the results and recovery time. These techniques become very unpleasant due to the incisions made and the long recovery time, which does not happen with Vaser liposuction.
I perform this procedure in one hour, under general anesthesia. It has a recovery period of three days.
